Can I control irrigations with the scheduler?
Yes! The irrigation scheduler can be integrated with Wiseconn and Nelson Twig to enable control. The irrigation scheduler seamlessly inputs irrigation events into the respective control devices where they will be activated by the native system.
If your Wiseconn and/or Nelson systems aren’t already integrated to be able to control from Semios contact your Semios Salesperson or [email protected] to do so.
Is the Irrigation Scheduler only used for controlling irrigation systems?
The irrigation scheduler is also great for planning, creating, and sharing irrigation plans with your team.
Am I able to track what was planned versus what actually happened?
Yes! One of the best reasons to schedule irrigations is that you will be able to see how the planned irrigations were executed. Many customers find that the first improvement they can make to their irrigation practices is making sure planned and actual irrigations are more aligned.
Am I able to plan pulse irrigations?
Yes. The pulse irrigation scheduling feature makes it easy to add short, frequent irrigations. Simply select “Pulse Irrigations” from “Event Type”
This will give you the option to select an “On Duration”, “Off Duration”, and the number of on/off cycles that should be repeated.
The pulse irrigations will show up on the schedule as multiple irrigation events, connected by a box.
Can I delete an event after it is created and submitted?
Yes, simply select delete from the bottom right corner and select the events you wish to delete. Don’t forget to “Submit Schedule” afterwards so that the changes will also be updated on the Wiseconn system.
