The Irrigation Activity Report lets you generate a PDF containing irrigation activity for a selected property and date range. Reports can be downloaded from Hub.
You can also choose to have the finished report emailed to one or more recipients.
Before you begin
Access to on-demand Irrigation Activity Reports requires permission.
If you do not see the option to create an Irrigation Activity Report, contact Support to request access.
Open Irrigation Activity Reports
Log in to Hub.
Open Settings.
Go to Reports.
Select Irrigation.
The Reports page displays previously generated Irrigation Activity Reports and their current status.
From here, you can download completed reports as PDFs. Note: The links to the reports currently expire after 7 days.
Generate a new Irrigation Activity Report
From Settings > Reports > select Irrigation then 'Irrigation Report.'
Select the property you want to include.
Select the date range for the report.
Reports use a range of whole weeks.
The date range can be from 4 weeks up to 1 year.
Optional: Enter one or more email addresses if you want the completed PDF delivered by email.
Separate multiple email addresses with commas.
Select Create Report.
Your report will begin generating in the background. You can continue using Hub while it is being created.
Download a completed report
After creating a report, return to Settings > Irrigation > Reports to check its status.
When the report has finished generating, its status changes to Complete and a download option becomes available.
Select the download option to save the report as a PDF.
If you entered email recipients when creating the report, they will also receive the completed PDF by email.
What's included in the report?
The Irrigation Activity Report provides irrigation information for the selected property and reporting period, including:
An irrigation summary
Device information
Water balance data
What happens if a report fails?
If the report cannot be generated, its status will indicate that the generation failed.
If email recipients were added to the report request, they will also be notified of the failure.
You can retry generating the report from Settings > Irrigation > Reports.
